Central by Michel Richard was unanimously voted the best hamburger in Washington, DC.They are right.I have tasted it.I wanted to know why would a frenchman knows so much about American burger.
Simple says Michel.
"I get the best ground beef, make sure it has a little fat, the most delicious and freshest bun. bacon from Canada and a little crunchiness, et voila, the best hamburger in the world".
I love this photograph.This is what a burger should look like and then you should taste it.
